Reviews and Ratings
I have been to this hotel multiple times before, and it was always a pleasant experience with good amenities and service. However, my recent stay was disappointing due to cleanliness issues in the room and a significant downgrade in the breakfast offerings. While the Japanese setting is still charming, it seems the quality has declined.
We had a nice two-night stay at Radium Kagaya. The hotel was particularly accommodating for our baby and the food was good, though a bit repetitive. The executive suite was spacious in concept, but sound and light traveled too easily between rooms, making it difficult to relax after our daughter went to bed. While the amenities were great, I noticed a decline in the overall cleanliness compared to past visits.
We had a lovely two-night stay at Radium Kagaya with our baby, where the staff ensured we were comfortable throughout our time. The amenities for our child were great, but we did find the room's layout a bit challenging as light and sound traveled too easily between the living area and bedroom. The dining experience was enjoyable but lacked variety over our stay. Overall, it's a nice place for families, but some aspects could be improved for better comfort.
